I have launched this blog as I have been thinking about doing it for a while. I have been blogging for a few years now over at You, Me and Miss E, which started out as a way for me to show off my crafty side. Now, 'From Here to Happy' is a way I can continue to blog in a space that suits me a little better at this stage in my life.
I am currently on a mission to make every day a happy, healthy and positive one. I like to think of it as my path to positivity as I have been known as a pessimist in my life and I'm fed up with the negativity!
This year I had a big relocation and have recently felt a change in myself and my outlook on life. I am trying my best everyday to wake up with a purpose and to not waste a minute of my time here being sad or negative.
I am also on a path to being the healthiest version of myself that I can be. I have never been one to be a junk food lover or fast food fanatic, but I have made poor choices towards my diet in the last few years and I am becoming increasingly aware of what is and isn't good for my body and I want to share it with you!
I am embracing fresh, healthy food and enjoying an active lifestyle and what better day to launch my new blog than today being Active Nation Day here in Australia! Have you been active today yet?
I'll use this space to post about all things healthy and positive, and of course - since we are only human - there may be days that are tough and I'll share that too.
